Our Teachers
Sara McClayton
Sara McClayton has a wide range of experience in the education field, particularly ESL. She graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor’s in English in 2009, and received a Master’s in TESOL from Notre Dame of Maryland University in 2011. She has worked with students of diverse ages, levels, and linguistic backgrounds. Currently, she is an ESOL teacher with BaltimoreCity Public Schools, where she teaches English learners preK-8th grade. Previously, she was a lecturer at Towson University, and supervised student teachers at two Baltimore City elementary schools. When she is not teaching, she loves traveling to different national parks in the United States, doing yoga, and hanging out with her husband and dog.
Geovanna Delgado
Geovanna Delgado lived in the United States when she was a child. This gave her the opportunity to teach English as a second language in Venezuela. She has worked in a number of schools, including Berlitz Language Center, Wall Street Institute, Morrocoy International School, etc. She has a bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering, and she got her teaching credential from Andres Bello Catholic University, Venezuela. In her free time she enjoys drawing and painting.
